This is one of the most common places people get stuck during Instagram account recovery and it’s frustrating because it feels like you’re doing everything right. Meta asks you to complete a face or video selfie verification to confirm your identity. You open the app, you follow the steps, and it just keeps failing. Or it loads and does nothing. Or it tells you to try again later and “later” never actually works. Here’s what most people don’t know. That verification process works significantly better on a browser or laptop than it does on a phone. The mobile app version has a lot of bugs that Meta hasn’t fully fixed, and switching devices is sometimes the only thing that gets it moving. A lot of people who were stuck for days saw progress almost immediately after making that one switch. So if you’ve been going in circles trying to get the selfie verification to work on your phone, try a browser first before you assume something is permanently wrong with your account. And if you’ve tried that and you’re still stuck, send us a WhatsApp message — link in bio. We’ll take a look at your situation and tell you honestly what your next step should be. #MetaAccountRecovery #InstagramAccountRecovery #FacebookRecoveryNigeria #MetaVerification #JMMA
