This role will manage social media queries, handle customer calls, ensure timely follow-ups, and maintain accurate lead tracking to maximize conversions and deliver a smooth customer experience. Key Responsibilities: • Respond to social media and online inquiries. • Attend customer calls professionally. • Follow up with potential customers regularly. • Update, track, and maintain lead data in CRM. • Monitor lead status and coordinate with sales team. • Prepare basic daily/weekly lead reports. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) • 1–2 years experience in CRM / customer service. • Good communication skills (Bangla & English). • Basic knowledge of Excel, Meta business suite and CRM tools.
