On Monday 28 September, join us for a special dining experience that will take you from the sparkling wines of Catalonia to the coastal vineyards of the Basque Country and Galicia, through Bierzo and Rioja, before finishing with the deep, indulgent flavours of Jerez. Each wine has been thoughtfully matched with a dish created by the Amarilla kitchen, bringing the character of its region to life on the plate. Hosted by Tom from Alimentaria, Melbourne’s iconic Spanish wine importer and part of the MoVida group, the evening will be relaxed, generous and full of fascinating stories, with just the right amount of wine education. AN EVENING WORTH TRAVELLING FOR Monday 28 September 6pm to 8.30pm Six courses with paired premium Spanish wines $150 per person Most common dietary requirements can be accommodated with advance notice. Due to the nature of the paired menu, this dinner may not be suitable for guests with extensive dietary requirements. Places are limited.
