Yoga isn’t about being flexible. Often people find Yoga for the physical movement or needed to relax. But Yoga is so much more. It’s about feeling better in your body and your life. And that’s what this page is all about. If you’re new here, welcome. I’m Zoe, a mum of two, yoga teacher and founder of Love Yoga in Leeds - who believes yoga should feel accessible, human, and actually support real life. I care deeply about how people feel when they walk out of a class… not just what the class looks like. And I truly believe you don’t need to be a certain type of person to do yoga. You just need to start. I’m here to support people who feel overwhelmed, burnt out or disconnected to slow down, breathe, and come back to themselves… in a way that feels welcoming, inclusive and not intimidating. And I’ll share a few things about me you might not know… – I found yoga at 13 thanks to Geri Halliwell (iconic, I know) – I spent 10+ years in London working in marketing before burning out – I’ve worked on big film campaigns like Harry Potter & Batman – I went through anxiety, burnout and a miscarriage before finding my way back to myself – I’ve always felt drawn to helping people… I just didn’t know what that would look like at first – I was juggling loads of work and not practising what I preached (at all) – I took a big leap, changed everything, and built Love Yoga from the ground up – I’m a dog lover, podcast host, and someone who genuinely cares about people feeling seen – My values are honesty, kindness, family, laughter, loyalty and love – My biggest goal?
