Woman eating a banana | Awarded on 1x Tbilisi, 2026 · Tbilisi, an ordinary afternoon. She paused against an iron gate to eat a banana, unaware of the lens. The ornamental ironwork, the leopard-print blouse, the green scarf, the heavy black tote — small visual contradictions held together by a single unposed gesture. What drew me wasn't her exactly, but the brief alignment of body, wall, and a private act made public the moment someone noticed. The kind of frame a city offers and then immediately takes back. She doesn't pose. She doesn't perform. She eats a banana on a side street in Georgia, the way she probably has a thousand times before, and the camera is incidental to her afternoon. Shot in available light. No staging, no AI, no filters — only the optics and the moment. · — Technical — Sony a7C · Tamron 50-400mm Di III VC VXD f/6.3 · 1/400 · ISO 2000 · 259 mm · Archival pigment print · Edition of 2 + 1 AP Signed and numbered Available at saatchiart.com/tanerdoger #Photography #streetphotography #tbilisi #Woman #portrait
