"I devoured this book. I love a good mafia book, so you throw in a bad-ass heroine that can save herself and three love interests, I’m on board. I went into this book relatively blind. I had seen a video by Kate King on Instagram and grabbed the book purely based on that and I couldn’t have been happier. The threads of tension that are woven throughout the book made it impossible to put down. There’s so many secrets and so much chemistry between the characters I was instantly obsessed. The FMC Rae is fiery, badass, and can hold her own against anyone - including the leader, enforcer, and hacker for the rival mafia. She’s funny, sarcastic, and would do anything for her sister. I think one of the hardest things in a RH is separating the guys and making them individuals. Half the time I get the characters mixed up or they all sort of blend into one character. This book doesn’t have that issue. Nico, Beck, and Rush are all very different and all captivating. This book ends on a cliffhanger but the other two books are already out.
