“Michael has advanced in leaps and bounds in the last couple of years, and that has a lot to do with Windermere.” Two years ago, Michael and Kristina turned to Windermere for Support Coordination services and since then, Michael has been able to improve many aspects of his life following a sustained brain injury. “Right away, his support coordinator Suzanne got in touch and made time to come out and meet us. She’s really hands-on and works hard to get what Michael needs,” says Kristina. Suzanne has helped Kristina & Michael in preparing paperwork for NDIS plan reviews, researching new equipment and coordinating with Occupational Therapists. Part of her help aided in getting dynamic seating approved for funding, and a muscle mat for Michael's gym - which resulted in a milestone achievement of aiding Michael in raising himself up on his knees.
