Saute onion and beef until cooked through, season, and add in Classico Roasted Garlic Sauce and let simmer. Combine ricotta, egg, seasoning and cheeses to make the cheese mixture. Spoon into your jumbo shells and layer on top of your meat sauce. Top with more meat sauce and cover with foil to bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
