I've always wanted to be that person who turns up to the gym in just a sports bra and leggings... but I never had the confidence to do it. Until now 🥹 It's actually been a personal goal of mine to feel confident enough to just rock up to the gym like this. Could I have done it sooner? Absolutely. But I had zero body confidence, and while I'd never look twice at someone else wearing this to the gym, I just never thought I could be that person. But apparently, gym consistency is paying off because I'm finally starting to like what I see 🤍 And after splurging a little on some new gym wear from @musclenation, I actually felt GOOD walking into the gym like this. Sometimes the right outfit really does give you that extra confidence boost.
