I stopped taking Mounjaro 6 months ago because of the hair loss and I'm starting to get really worried. Everyone kept saying "it's temporary, just give it time, it'll grow back in a few months." Well it's been 6 months and my hair is still thin. Not getting worse but definitely not getting better either. I'm trying not to panic but I keep reading that it should have started coming back by now. My doctor said to give it more time but didn't really give me a timeline. Has anyone else been in this situation? Did your hair eventually come back or am I just stuck like this now? I'm honestly starting to think maybe I messed something up permanently by staying on the medication too long. I gained back about 15 of the 40 pounds I lost and I still don't have my hair back. Feel like I got the worst of both worlds.
