NOW HIRING: Journeyman Electrician 💰 Pay Up to $50/hr W2 (depending on experience) $100/day per diem Contract to direct hire for top performers ✅ Benefits • 8+ week project engagements with full-time hours • Conversion to permanent hire available • Per diem to help offset travel and living costs 📍 Location Manhattan, KS (on-site) 💼 Role You'll perform all phases of commercial and residential electrical installation, work independently within your license scope, and may supervise apprentice-level crew members under the direction of a Master Electrician or Electrical Contractor. This is a contract position with real opportunity to go permanent. 🧠 Qualifications Required: • Valid Journeyman Electrician license • 4–5 years of verifiable commercial or residential electrical field experience • Expert at reading electrical drawings: one-lines, panel schedules, riser diagrams, lighting and power plans • Full command of NEC code requirements • Mastery of conduit systems (EMT, rigid, IMC, PVC) including layout, bending, and support • Ability to work independently and supervise apprentices • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation • Able to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and handle full-shift physical demands • Must pass background check and drug screening Preferred: • OSHA 30 – Construction certification • Aerial lift and/or forklift certification • Commercial project experience (multifamily, retail, data center, light industrial) • Familiarity with Bluebeam, Procore, or similar platforms • Prior lead electrician or foreman experience 🕒 Schedule Full-time hours | Contract with direct hire potential 📲 How to Apply Tap the button below and submit your info — it only takes a minute.
