ART.Cy is excited to announce the participation of George Damis in the upcoming ART.Cy 2026 Art Exhibition & Conference set to take place on 14–15 March at the Amara Hotel in Limassol. George Damis is a contemporary artist whose work explores the intersection between nature and technology. His artistic journey began with daily walks through natural landscapes, where he started collecting overlooked fragments of wood shaped by time and weather. Coming from an IT and patents background, Damianidis approaches his practice with a structured, problem-solving mindset, creating illuminated sculptures that balance organic unpredictability with engineered precision. Each piece is handcrafted and guided by the material itself, resulting in unique, non-replicable works that exist between the natural and the technological.
