I started sending home 15-20 positive emails every single week when I was teaching over 230 students a semester. It took me under 30 minutes on Fridays because I created a system that automated most of the work: - A behavior form I could fill out in 30 seconds during a passing period - An email template whose blanks matched that form exactly - Using mail merge to send the whole batch in one go The best part? Every single student got at least one positive email home by the end of the semester. Sending positive emails one by one isn't possible if you teach hundreds of students, but you CAN take 20 minutes, set it up once, and send them all year long. My entire system is inside of Teacher Time Back Club (so you could set it up in under 30 minutes and use it tomorrow), along with: ✅ The Less But Better Framework: a better way to manage the work of teaching ✅ The Set Up: a 7-day challenge to design your inbox, your files, and your templates once ✅ 75+ grading and parent communication templates, including this one ✅ Time Back Starter Pack: 33 strategies and 65 resources, each saving 30+ minutes ✅ Quarterly Implementation Weeks where you put one system into practice together Over 390 teachers inside. You can absolutely build this yourself, or you could steal my system instead. 👉 $14 a month, cancel anytime.
