We are looking for a result-oriented SEO Executive who understands that SEO is not just about rankings, but about driving genuine business growth. You will work directly with the founder and the marketing team to execute data-driven strategies for our clients. Key Responsibilities On-Page Optimization: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-potential keywords (short-tail & long-tail). Optimize meta titles, descriptions, H1-H6 tags, and image alt text. Audit and optimize landing page content for keyword density and readability without keyword stuffing. Off-Page SEO & Link Building: Execute off-page strategies including guest posting, directory submissions, and local citations. Monitor and disavow toxic backlinks to maintain domain health. Work on "Local SEO" (Google My Business) optimization to rank clients in local 3-packs. Technical SEO: Perform regular site audits using tools like Screaming Frog or Semrush to fix broken links (404s), redirect issues, and crawl errors. Monitor Core Web Vitals and suggest speed improvements to the development team. Create and submit XML sitemaps and Robots.txt files. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor traffic, rankings, and clicks using Google Search Console and Google Analytics (GA4). Prepare monthly SEO performance reports for clients (Rankings vs. Traffic vs. Leads). Requirements & Skills Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in SEO (Agency experience preferred). Technical Skills: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (to guide developers) and WordPress/CMS management. Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with tools like: Google Analytics (GA4) & Google Search Console (Mandatory). Semrush, Ahrefs, or Ubersuggest. Screaming Frog (Basic knowledge). Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset (you should love data). Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects.
