What we look for: • Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field • 1–3 years in new product introduction (NPI) and production support for in-house or outsourced manufacturing • Passion for data, analysis, or troubleshooting (e.g., SPC, DOE, Lean/Six Sigma) • Factory/start-up experience is a bonus but not required .
