Because when your team enters their numbers manually... → They actually KNOW their numbers → They OWN their numbers, and... → They solve their own problems. That’s what turns a business from reactive to proactive. And that’s how I can walk into a Monday meeting, ask 3 questions, and walk out with 10 problems already solved.
