Ridge Gourd Dosa It’s packed with fibre, vitamins, and antioxidants — helps in weight loss, boosts immunity, and keeps blood sugar in control. Let’s make this Zero-waste, healthy Ridge Gourd Dosa 👇 🍽️ Ridge Gourd Dosa Recipe Dosa Ingredients: • 1 cup raw rice (soaked for 4–5 hours or overnight) • 2 medium ridge gourd • 6-7 Red chillies (adjust to taste) • 1 Tbsp coriander seeds • 1 Tbsp cumin seeds • A small piece of tamarind • Small piece of jaggery • Salt to taste • Graded Coconut 4 TBSP • Water as needed 🔥 Method: 1️⃣ Soak the rice and keep aside. 2️⃣ Lightly peel the ridge gourd — don’t throw the peels! (We’ll use everything 🌿) 3️⃣ Cut the ridge gourd into slices. 4️⃣ In a mixer jar, grind the soaked rice and all other ingredients to make a smooth dosa batter. 5️⃣ Add water as needed for dosa consistency and let it rest for 30 mins. 6️⃣ Heat a tawa, dip ridge gourd slices in the batter, and place them one by one in round shape — like dosa! 7️⃣ Cook both sides till slices are cooked and golden brown. 💡 For kids’ tiffin — use single slices dipped in batter to make mini dosas. They’ll love it! 🧒✨ 🌿 Ridge Gourd Peel Chutney Zero waste, full taste ✨ •Peel of ridge gourd(and a few pieces) • 1 tbsp urad dal • 1 tbsp chana dal • 2–3 green chillies • 10–15 curry leaves 👉 Roast all the above till golden. Then add: • 4 tbsp grated coconut • A small piece of tamarind • A small piece of jaggery • Salt to taste • ½ tsp asafoetida Grind everything into a smooth chutney, then finish with a simple tadka. 🌶️🌿 💬 Tell me — what do you call this vegetable in your place? 👇 Comment below and follow for more easy & healthy recipes! 💚#RidgeGourdDosa #BeerakayaDosa #TuraiDosa #HeerekayiRecipes #HealthyIndianRecipes #NoWasteCooking #SouthIndianFood #HealthyBreakfastIdeas #EasyTiffinRecipes #KidsTiffinBox #IndianFoodReel #FoodReelsIndia #VegetarianRecipes #GlutenFreeBreakfast #HealthyEatingMadeEasy #FibreRichFood #WeightLossRecipes #DesiHealthyFood #SimpleHomeFood #QuickBreakfastIdeas #ridgegourdrecipes
