NOW HIRING: Construction Superintendent – Commercial & Industrial Projects 📍 Location Atlanta, Georgia (on-site) 💰 Compensation • Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 based on experience • Vehicle allowance provided • Gas card provided • Per-project bonus through Incentive Compensation Program ✅ Benefits • Company-paid health insurance for the employee • Dental, vision, and life insurance • 401(k) with matching • PTO for sick, vacation, and personal time • Paid national holidays in addition to PTO 🧠 Qualifications • 10+ years as a Superintendent OR BS/BA in Construction Management • 12+ years of construction management experience • Commercial and industrial background required (no residential) • Capital projects experience is a must • Experience supervising projects 100% independently, including full project oversight • Experience working in the Southern U.S. market preferred (Georgia, Tennessee, and surrounding states) • Remodels, demo, and retail build-out experience • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project • Fluent in English required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Self-motivated, punctual, and professional in appearance and speech 💼 What You'll Do • Manage multiple commercial and industrial construction projects from start to finish — plans, budgets, schedules, and execution • Maintain close contact with clients and monitor construction and financial activities • Oversee and mentor junior Project Managers and field staff • Lead or assist with estimating potential projects • Ensure quality control plans are followed and punch lists are completed to customer satisfaction • Review and enforce safety plans across all job sites • Procure supplies and materials, manage subcontractor relationships, and resolve scope issues • Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, change orders, and O&M manuals on time 🕒 Schedule Full-time Ready to take on your next big role?
