This camp is open to both current Harvest students and families new to martial arts. No prior experience is required. Throughout the week, students will train in the core elements of Han Mu Do, learning how physical skill, focus, and respectful behavior work together. Instruction is structured, age-appropriate, and supportive, allowing each child to grow at their own pace while being challenged in a positive environment. This camp is ideal for students who want to improve coordination, confidence, and discipline while enjoying a full week of engaging martial arts training. Training Focus Includes Han Mu Do forms and techniques Age-appropriate partner drills and sparring Sword training fundamentals Traditional archery Balance, coordination, and body control Focus, respect, and self-discipline All training is supervised by experienced Harvest instructors and emphasizes safety, control, and personal responsibility. Featured Hands-On Project Bonsai Project Campers will create and learn to care for their own bonsai tree. This project reinforces: Patience and responsibility Long-term thinking Care and attention to detail The bonsai project connects directly to Han Mu Do philosophy and the values taught throughout the week.
