Miller of St Monans 1962 Fifer 32' ketch rig motor sailer. 100hp Perkins 1100 series 4 cyl diesel engine. Some spare parts onboard including £800 spare exhaust manifold. Prm 260D reduction box. Jabsco sea water manual toilet. 12v fridge. Stainless steel gas cooker. Taylors brass diesel drip heater. Two very large fuel tanks. Hot water heater (by engine coolant or shore power). Fresh water bladder. Jabsco freshwater pump. Electric windlass. Recent rewire of dashboard, engine and batteries. Two new alternators fitted last year. Split charging relay fitted so engine start battery is always tip top. Sails - main, jib and mizzen sails. Icom Vhf radio. Old school crt Kelvin Hughes sounder if required. Lots of other bits and pieces included eg led lighting, barometer, chronometer etc. Sleeps 4, cushions in good order. Recently installed new cutless bearing. I won’t lie, she needs some love. Below water line is sound, but a couple of planks are getting soft just under the gunwale, typical freshwater damage. I have had a cover over her all winter, but it has finally shredded with last gale. Boat was featured in a book by author Jonathan Raban called Coasting, he bought her in the 80s and sailed all around the UK while writing his book. Boat does not feature heavily in the book but is her claim to fame!!! She is an amazing sea boat, comfortable through weather, heavy and solid(10 tonnes). I work abroad so can’t give her the attention she deserves so letting her go at this reduced price/value. Would suit someone who is better at wood working than I am. She is a beautiful piece of Scottish boatbuilding history. 26.03.26 I forgot to add the stainless steel stern davits, small dinghy and 2 hp outboard also included. 10.05.26 Price negotiable, keen to sell as new boat coming soon.
