Athletes train in world-class facilities for their bodies – but almost none have world-class mental-health clinics on site. This gap is costing lives, careers, and families. I'm calling for every major pro-sports team (NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, MLS, WNBA) to build full mental-health clinics inside their facilities. Not a hotline, not a pamphlet – a real clinic with: - Licensed mental-health doctors - Concussion-aware clinicians - Same-day access for athletes - Crisis-stabilization room - Private family-support space - Integrated concussion + mental-health monitoring Athletes face pressure, trauma, and concussion-related mental-health risks that the current system ignores. If we can build multimillion-dollar weight rooms, we can build mental-health clinics too.
