Overtime available for additional earning opportunities. 🎁 Benefits • Health insurance • 401(k) with company match • Company truck and fuel card • Paid holidays and paid vacation • Consistent year-round work • High-quality tools and equipment • Advancement opportunities into Project Management or Division Leadership • Performance-based growth with increasing responsibility and compensation • Supportive, team-oriented culture where your ideas matter 🧠 Qualifications • 8+ years of electrical experience • Proven experience leading crews on commercial projects • Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) • Ability to read blueprints and lay out work independently • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record • OSHA 30 preferred (or willingness to obtain) • New Jersey electrical experience strongly preferred 💼 What You'll Do • Lead commercial electrical installations from start to finish • Supervise and mentor apprentices and junior electricians • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical drawings • Coordinate daily work with project managers and customers • Install conduit, wire, panels, transformers, lighting, controls, and power distribution systems • Ensure all work meets NEC requirements and company quality standards • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite 🕒 Schedule Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Overtime available 📍 Location Westwood, NJ (on-site) About ROS Electric ROS Electric is a family-owned electrical contractor with dedicated Commercial, Residential, and Fire & Security divisions.
