🏗️ Industrial Construction Project Manager Greensboro, NC | Full-Time 💰 Pay $125,000 – $160,000 per year, based on experience Plus performance-based bonus opportunities ✅ Benefits • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) with company match • Paid time off and company holidays • Company vehicle or vehicle allowance • Professional development and career advancement opportunities 🧠 Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (equivalent experience considered) • 5+ years of project management experience in industrial construction, heavy rigging, millwright services, mechanical contracting, or similar • Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects from planning through completion • Strong understanding of industrial construction practices, heavy equipment, crane operations, and machinery installation • Experience managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, and change orders • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software • Valid driver's license with ability to travel to project sites Preferred: • PMP certification • OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification • Experience with Primavera P6, Procore, or Microsoft Project • Background in manufacturing, power generation, chemical processing, or other heavy industrial facilities 📋 What You'll Do • Manage multiple heavy rigging, millwright, and industrial construction projects from award through closeout • Develop execution plans, schedules, budgets, and procurement strategies • Serve as the primary client contact while coordinating field operations, engineering, subcontractors, and vendors • Coordinate heavy lift operations, machinery installation, plant relocations, and shutdowns • Monitor financial performance including forecasting, billing, and change orders • Conduct jobsite visits to support field leadership and resolve issues • Ensure OSHA compliance and company safety standards • Support business development by identifying opportunities with existing and prospective clients 🏢 About the Company Our client is a well-established leader in heavy industrial services, providing rigging, millwright, machinery moving, specialized transportation, and industrial construction solutions throughout the Southeast.
