This vessel is 7.1m in length and Comprises of Helm/steering area with recent enclosed canvas allowing protection from the elements of wind & rain and 1 x 15HP BF15 Honda outboard engine which needs attention (details below). Accommodation comprises of Seating area that can also be used as a berth, Galley with two ring gas hob, oven, sink, draining board, fridge, storage cupboards and shelving. Forward - Bench seating with table with lovely view over the bow and can be used as two berths. Head with sink and storage. Additional storage within main cabin. Steel Construction Fuel Capacity: 50l Water capacity 300l Cruising speed (with current engine running) 5 knots Diesel Heater fitted in 2024 Electric Heater Inverter Fenders & ropes as fitted. Anchor, Fire extinguishers, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm plus other items onboard. We have been advised that the outboard is currently not working and will need attention, throttle lever is not connected. Gas oven is not currently connected. Last survey – May 2023. Works completed since include 4mm over plating around stern and sides of the vessel. Section of the rear deck has been replaced. Replacement of all interior electrics & lights, new Mahogany doors, Plumbing replaced including a new water pump. Last Ashore March 2025. 6 x Magnesium Anodes & blackening.
