You'll lead Re-Bath's field team — brand ambassadors and lead generators working inside big box home improvement stores, at community events, and home shows across New England. • Lead, hire, train, and coach your team across RI, MA & CT • Run product knowledge sessions in big-box stores • Drive lead gen and appointment-setting results • Build and maintain store relationships • Represent Re-Bath at home shows, fairs, and festivals This is NOT a social media, email, or digital marketing position. You'll be on the road most of the week coaching your team, building partnerships, and driving the leads that fill our pipeline. 🕒 Schedule Full-time. One office day per week for admin.
