When Cecilia's mom first brought her to Vanella Chiropractic, she was searching for help with her daughter’s anxiety and dysregulation struggles. Once Cecilia’s nervous system began to clear and regulate through gentle chiropractic adjustments, they started to see such meaningful changes! 🌱 When her mom told us she’s been doing so great these past few months, it truly warmed our hearts. 🩵 Her mom shared that she saw: ✔️ Better coordination ✔️ Improved digestion ✔️ Increased energy ✔️ And fewer colds — thanks to a more resilient nervous system But the real relief came when her daughter began standing up to those tough moments — showing more motivation to challenge intrusive thoughts, resisting OCD behaviors, and finally calming her fight-or-flight response. 🧠 Her mom also shared that anxiety is now so much more manageable, with fewer mood swings and a clear improvement in her social interactions with other kids — what a weight lifted off their shoulders! We are so proud of the progress Cecilia has made. Watching her become happier, more confident, and emotionally balanced is exactly why we do what we do. 💫 Way to go — we’re cheering you on every step of the way! 👏 #NaturalHealing #nervoussystem #PediatricChiropractic #HolisticHealth #virginiabeach #vanellachiropractic #virginiabeachmoms #virginiabeachkids #LessAnxiety #OCD
