Baby Goat Yoga & Floral Crowns

Join us on the farm for a morning of mindfulness and gentle body movement. Sian Lott will open this event with floral crown making, using locally grown botanicals. This will then be followed by a yoga session in the presence of White Oak Pastures’ baby goats. The ticket for this event includes a Bluffton Walking Tour and a Farm-Fresh Lunch. About your Yoga Teacher: Sian Lott, RYT200, holds certifications in Yin, Restorative, Yoga for Anxiety, Yoga for Trauma, Yoga for Arthritis, Yoga for Cancer and has a love of meaningful connections and community. Offering nearly a decade of experience, Sian emphasizes breathe work, gentle flows and general well-being.
