How we count

Ad text

You only move fast when someone else is counting on you. A client says, “Can you get this to me by Friday?” and suddenly you’re Jason Bourne with a laptop. But when your own business asks you to focus on writing an SOP, you act like it requested a kidney. It’s kinda ridiculous. But it makes sense. With other people, it's a real deadline. There’s money, reputation, or the possibility of disappointing someone attached to it. But your own goals are quieter… They don’t send angry Slack messages. They don't have someone else's deadline attached. So you just need your brain to treat your own work like it matters too. That’s why I made the 8-Minute Speed Meditation. It helps you get focused on YOUR work, when YOU want it done. How? By finding and removing the mental block stopping you from your next important project. And then it programs your RAS to care about your goals more, while finding ways to get those goals done faster. You just press play on this when you’re avoiding your work. And then 8 minutes later, you start doing the thing you were avoiding. Eight minutes. Eight bucks. If you hate it, I’ll refund you and you can go back to being extremely productive for everyone except yourself. 8minutespeedmeditation.com Much love, Rusty "make your business matter to you" Osborne
