Inside @torrevelascaofficial, one of Milan’s most iconic buildings, we worked on SUSHISAMBA Milano, a new restaurant that brings together nikkei cuisine, cocktails and dining in a bold, energetic setting. We were responsible for civil works, MEP, full fit-out and bespoke millwork across the restaurant areas on the ground and first floors, covering approximately 800 sqm. Light, materials and color set the pace of the space, echoing the mix of Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian influences behind the brand. Our role was to turn that international identity into a place that feels precise, coherent and full of character.
