How we count

Most trainers don't know how to work with clients who have pain, joint issues, or health problems. We'll teach you how. At iLift, our clients are mostly aged 40 to 80. They come to us with sore knees, weak backs, old injuries, and stories of being turned away by other gyms. Our job is to help them feel strong again. It's harder than coaching young, healthy people. But it's also the most rewarding work you'll ever do. Picture this: a client who couldn't get off the floor without help. Six months later, they squat down to play with their grandchild and stand back up on their own. That's the work. Here's how we make sure you're ready: 🎓 20+ hours of hands-on onboarding before you take your first client 👥 A head coach who guides you through every tough case 🧠 Open feedback culture — your team helps you grow, not judges you 📈 A clear career path: Junior Coach → Coach → Advanced Coach → Head Coach 🤝 Top performers will have the chance to grow into partnership roles You don't need to be perfect. You must at least: 🗣️ Speak good English 🏋️ Have at least 1 year of training experience (training yourself) 🤝 Care about helping people, not just counting reps 🎓 Certification can be earned if you meet our requirements We'll train you to be one of the best trainers in Kuching Only 3 coach spots in the next 3 months. 👉 Click the link below if you're interested. Someone will reach out to you if you're a fit.
