Eastex is proud of those Southeast Texas students involved in sports, band, clubs, scouts, extracurriculars, or heading to camp, all while maintining great grades in school! 🎓All school, sports, and extracurricular physicals for students are FREE with proof of an all "A" or all "A & B" Report Card from the 2025-2026 school year! ⭐Physicals will still have a special rate of $10 for all other students needing physicals for the Summer or for next school year or sports season. 🏀🎺⚽️🤼🏐⛳️ ⭐️This special opportunity will continue through July 31, 2026! ⭐️There is no need for an appointment, and we are open 7 days a week! ⭐️And as as always, and all year, school & sports related physicals are included at no additional charge for those patients enrolled in Eastex Curate - our health benefits program!
