Qualifications: • Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in relevant fields. • Under graduate or graduated from any university in related fields. • Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role in retail, ideally in tech or electronics. • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. • A passion for technology and gadgets, Laptop, devices & accessories, with an understanding of the latest trends in the market. • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet sales goals. • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach. • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Job Responsibilities: • Oversee the daily operations of the store to ensure efficient performance and excellent customer experience. • Lead and manage a team of sales associates, providing training, motivation, and support. • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering product knowledge. • Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring stock levels are adequate and the store is always well-presented. • Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive leadership and team engagement. • Implement and maintain merchandising standards to ensure a visually appealing store environment. • Conduct staff performance evaluations, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement. • Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling, reporting, and coordinating with senior management. • Any other task assigned by the Management time to time.
