Community Health Teams offer free Mental Wellness programs across the Greater Halifax Area. Choose from single sessions or multi-week programs focused on stress management, self-compassion, emotional awareness, communication skills, time management and more. Programs are offered in community locations and online. Open to adults 18+ in the Greater Halifax area with a valid Nova Scotia Health Card.
