Ad text
Picture your gut lining as a balloon. Inside: water, nutrients, bacteria, everything you actually need. Outside: a wall that's supposed to keep it all where it belongs. The second there's a crack in the wall, even a small one, things start getting through that shouldn't. Here's the bit I didn't know. Lab studies have found that a class of dishwasher rinse-aid ingredients, alcohol ethoxylates, can affect gut-lining cells when residue from them ends up on dishes. To be clear: that's lab cells, not people, and the residue came from commercial machines. Still, I look at my cupboard differently now. So I went looking for something gentler and landed on Dip dishwasher sheets. Alcohol ethoxylates are left out entirely, along with bleaching agents and dyes, and every ingredient is checked against the European Chemicals Agency's lists before it goes in. It's simple, too. Tear off one sheet, fold it into the drawer, run your normal cycle. It dissolves completely, so no half-dissolved tablet, and no plastic pack taking over the cupboard. Works for handwashing and soaking baking trays as well. Over 100,000 UK households have swapped, and there's a 90-day money-back guarantee if it isn't for you. 50% off your first order: £9.50 for 60 washes, then £19.00 every 2 months + £3.95 delivery.
