A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SERVICE ADVISOR AT STEGER SERVICE This full-time position is the linchpin that bridges our valued customers and expert technicians, orchestrating a symphony of seamless service. Your role will be pivotal in cultivating trust, delivering unparalleled customer satisfaction, and driving our shop's success to new heights. You will: • Build lasting relationships with customers by delivering expert, honest service. • Present accurate, profitable quotes using our easy-to-learn NAPA TRACS system. • Collaborate with technicians and suppliers to ensure efficient, high-quality repairs. • Stay proactive in communication, keeping customers informed every step of the way. • Ensure smooth transition and hand-off of customers from the reception staff.
