This is awful 😡😡 My daughter sent me an article about how they’re finding “Forever” chemicals in disposable pads so I cut one open and this was the result 🤮 I’m not a scientist so I don’t know what the little plastic beads are... maybe they are harmless. But good old fashioned COMMON SENSE tells me there’s no way they can be good for you… especially not right up against your skin, in such an intimate part of the body. Am I the only one who had NO IDEA about this?? I’ve been using disposable pads for stress incontinence for 15 years. Who knows what kind of damage they might’ve caused in that time… I will be doing more research, but for now I’ve thrown out ALL my pads and switched to wearing leakproof underwear. I recommend all my Facebook friends do the same. There is just no reason to risk it until we know more about these chemicals. (The leakproof underwear I’ve been wearing are Everdries — a friend recommended them and so far I have been very happy with them — they are just as absorbent and frankly more comfortable than my poise pads) Sorry for the rant but it is so disheartening to see what this world has come to. We have enough to worry about as is..... P.S: I know it is a sensitive topic, but if you can, please SHARE this post so that more women see it. EDIT: A few ladies messaged me asking about the Everdries so I will post them here. This is the page with the 50% off Discount: www.everdries.com/livefreely
