It's school season again. New uniforms. New books. New shoes. And that one thing nobody warns you about — school lunch. Every single day, for a whole term. Because once school resumes, before 6am, every day, you'll be in that kitchen asking the same question: what am I cooking for this child to take to school today? Then the harder one: will this still be good at 1pm? Think about what that food actually goes through 👇 A hot school bag. A hot bus. A classroom with the louvres open and no fan. Seven hours between when you pack it and when your child eats it. No fridge. No microwave. No teacher warming anything up. That's exactly why we built THE KID'S SCHOOL LUNCH MEAL PLANNER. 📋 98 pages · 45 Nigerian recipes · 3 full terms planned ✅ Every week laid out — main, side & drink, Monday to Friday ✅ Recipes chosen because the food survives the morning ✅ The cooling method that keeps food safe till break time ✅ What holds and what turns by midday — and why rice needs care ✅ Term & weekly shopping lists with real market prices ✅ Printables: packing checklist, 10-minute emergency meals, lunch notes ✅ Nursery and primary · three budget levels Jollof, beans and corn, yam porridge, moin moin, bread rolls, chin chin, meat pie — food your child will actually finish. 📱 It's a PDF recipe and meal planning guide — not cooked food, and not a lunch container. Sent straight to your WhatsApp the moment you pay. Keep it on your phone, or print it at home. 💰 ₦3,500 👉 Message us on WhatsApp and start this term with school lunch already sorted! 🍱
