Episode 1: Do I need to be on Facebook every day to earn online? This was one of the first questions I asked before joining this business. My business partner told me, “Not really but once you go through the training, you will understand how the system works. You will also learn different strategies, including faceless marketing.” Before joining, I was never really a social media person. I kept my Facebook mostly for family, relatives and a few close friends. I hardly posted about my personal life, growth, or goals. I joined Facebook in 2016, and for many years I had only around 200 friends. By 2026, my network slowly grew to about 500 as connections improved back home in the islands. My first live or recorded video was only posted at the end of the first quarter this year. That may sound small to some people, but for me, it was a big step. Through the training, mentorship and support in this online platform, I slowly began to build confidence I did not even realise was inside me. More than that, it changed my mindset. I began to see social media differently not as a place to fear judgment, but as a space to share, learn, grow and inspire others. I stopped worrying too much about what family, friends, or people online might think. I started focusing on the purpose behind what I am doing. So no, you do not need to be perfect on social media to start. You just need to be willing to learn, grow and take one small step at a time. Sometimes, the confidence you are looking for is already within you it just needs the right environment to come out. For more info: www.noelladorevella.com
