Grease and line an 8-inch round pan. • Melt butter and sugar, eggs and vanilla essence together. • Stir in dry ingredients, caramel and Oreos. • Scoop into balls and bake for 10-12 minutes until edges turn golden brown. • Mix icing ingredients and drizzle over cookies.
