Senior Automation Tester – Chapter Lead (Testing) 📍 Gliwice | 🏠 Hybrid (50/50) | ⏰ Flexible hours Looking for 👀 a role where you can lead, mentor and still stay hands-on? This one might be for you. This position combines technical leadership with real project work. About half of your time will be spent on automation testing in projects, and the other half on building and developing the Testing Chapter – setting standards, mentoring people and shaping QA practices across teams. What you’ll do: You’ll lead the Testing Chapter, support and develop testers, define testing standards and best practices, and work closely with Tribe Leads and Product Owners. At the same time, you’ll stay close to the product – designing test strategies, building automation, improving processes and promoting a quality-first mindset. Tech stack you’ll work with: Java or Python, Selenium, Playwright, TestComplete, REST APIs (RestAssured, Postman), CI/CD (GitLab CI), databases (MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL), Jira, Xray.
