At Compassion Within, we're a small team of Registered Clinical Counsellors in downtown Vancouver. We work with people who have experienced trauma, and we'd be glad to just have a conversation with you about what's going on and whether talking things through might be useful. Our team specializes in Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and somatic therapy — gentle, evidence-based approaches that meet you where you are. But none of that has to matter on a first call. The first step is just a conversation. No pressure. No commitment. Just a 15-minute chat with our admin Christina to see if we'd be a good fit for what you're navigating.
