World UNITY Week Thursday, June 25th, 7:30 PM, EST Gary Malkin in Conversation with ADAM GASKILL, Moderated by BEN BOWLER, Executive Director of Unity Earth For the past five years, my business partner, Adam Gaskill, and I have been quietly discovering something neither of us expected. When we first met, we represented almost opposite worlds. Adam naturally lived in the world of execution, systems, marketing, momentum, and measurable results. His mentors were Tony Robbins, Richard Bandler, Russel Bruson, and so many more marketing geniuses. I lived in the world of meaning, music, relationship, presence, and inner transformation. My heroes were Ram Dass, Brené Brown, Benjamin Zander, Parker Palmer, and countless wisdom keepers who taught me that how we are is every bit as important as what we accomplish. To be honest...we each lived much of our lives before we met as caricatures of the other. Over time, something beautiful happened. Adam has taught me that love without architecture often remains unrealized. He taught me that as much as artists like to believe it, marketing and being transactional...is not a dirty word. I've discovered that purpose deserves structure, that generosity isn't diminished by healthy prosperity, and that creating value includes allowing ourselves to receive value. And I've taught Adam—though he now embodies it as much as anyone I know—that slowing down isn't weakness. Presence, receptivity, and tending our inner state aren't luxuries; they're part of what makes meaningful action possible. For years, Adam taught me how to build bridges. I taught him how to become one. Somewhere along the way, we realized the world needs both. And to be perfectly transparent, the ink is still wet. This material is fresh off the press. We don't have a finished system. We have a living story unfolding before our eyes. We're beginning to suspect that our collaborative relationship reflects something that's much larger than the two of us. What if one of the greatest challenges of our time isn't AI...or politics...or even the economy? What if it's our fragmented intelligence....the unproductive tendency to live from one half of ourselves while distrusting the other? During World Unity Week, Ben Bowler has invited us into a conversation where, for the first time, we're sharing this story publicly—not as experts with all the answers, but as fellow travelers discovering what becomes possible when head and heart, purpose and prosperity, resonance and results begin working together.
