My chair and footrest showed up today (backer #25, in Washington USA). Assembly was super easy, only 4 screws and zero issues getting all together. Took 10 minutes max. Build quality seem solid. My personal office desk chair was a low end DPS "gaming" chair but at work I had a $2500 body built " executive" chair with headrest and inflatable lumbar. This chair is leagues more comfortable than the DPS chair and easily as comfortable if not more comfortable than my super premium work chair. I have herniated L5/s1 and most chair hurt my back and never have enough lumbar support for me. Happy to say this omni chair has plenty and feels great for my back so far. And the full recline position is a game changer. Feels like a legit recliner you could have in the living room. Very happy with it so far 👌.
