About the house: Me (33M) and my brother (20M) are looking for a roommate. The house is 3-bedroom 2-bath. The pictures listed are as follows. Vacant bedroom (3), living room, kitchen (3), first bathroom, second bathroom, laundry room. We didn’t take picture of the outside of the house or yard because we are not trying to disclose our address to anyone that we haven’t approved as a roommate. We assure you it’s a very pretty house with decent yard space. We also did not take pictures of the upstairs as that is our two bedrooms and a connecting landing space. We have too many personal items upstairs and didn’t want to take pictures of all that. The rent of for the house is $2500 a month. Split between 3 people that’s $833 a month. When our average utilities are included in this it averages out to about $1000 total a month to live here. About us and what we are looking for: We both love video games, music, and films. We are very clean and organized, we expect the same. During the week, the house is dead quiet from 10pm to 9am. Most weekends we either go out to social outings or have parties at the house. We are very social on weekends. We both have carpentry experience and tend to get impatient with the landlord and fix thing ourselves. We also both play instruments, but our band practice time is flexible. We also both work on and mod cars, so most car issues in the house get fixed without having to go to a mechanic.
