40' Enclosed race trailer. Electric landing gear jacks. Currently set up for a 5th wheel hitch, also has a receiver to change it to a goose neck hitch (takes about 5 minutes to change). all new brake shoes and actuators less than 100 miles ago. Roof was completely re-sealed two years ago. Ramp door measures 92''' wide by 96'' tall and has a winch with remote. 2 spare tires on rims. Also three new spare tires, but they have a screw in them and will probably need to be plugged. 5000 watt Predator generator / inverter (not built in). Garage area is roughly 25' with ramp overs. The bench has stainless steel top with a vice and two Craftsman tool boxes. Car winch with remote, air hose reel, tire rack. LED ceiling lights. Sleeping area has a queen size box spring and mattress, mini fridge and microwave (both new). 40 gallon water tank, new pump and on demand electric water heater. Sink and shower stall that drain to the ground (no gray water tank). Lots of cabinets and a small closet. I used the trailer for my USRA late model, but the ramp overs can easily be taken out. I have also used it for a sprint car, and with the extra height, a sprint car will go in with the wing on it. Plans have changed and I no longer need this much trailer. $15,500 OBO with the generator, $15,000 OBO with out. No trades. Messenger does not work on my phone, best is to call or text (preferred) seven 1 five - seven 8 one - two 8 five 8.
