"It's been a few years since I've shown up here as a online coach for women due to ofcourse setting up the businesses, getting another kiddos, hubby who works 24/7 , you know those things 😄🙈 And then last year was full on. Another prep who failed due to 2 operations, Health issues, Day to night work.The Kiddos, starting a study, businesses, PT clients (male and female... bless you btw...training all of you is honestly one of my favourite parts of what I do 💪), and not forgetting Snow, my gorgeous dog who gets all 15k+ of my daily steps with me 😊🐾 haha And being a mum? I'm that mum. Sleepless nights, cuddles, up all night when they need me running on half sleep and my Oxyshred keeping me going 😅 But even on zero sleep, coaching women is something I love. It never stopped being part of me. And then we went on holiday this week. Last day today, actually and wow, did I need it. Holidays have this way of clearing everything out and yup,.. the mind gets so clear. My mind goes a thousand miles, jumping from one idea to the other🙈😄 But for now, and the first announcement;💫 Online Coaching is coming back.
