Facilitated by Dr. Laura Walzak, PhD, Clinical Neuropsychology, and our medical director, Dr. Michael Lyon, MD, this 4-week course aims to empower individuals to move forward with their trauma as part of their story. As the name implies, we can grow through difficult life experiences and come out more resilient. The aim of this program is to come alongside participants and give them the knowledge, tools and resources they need to unlock their inner strength and persevere through the challenges life has presented them with.
