The successful candidate will be responsible for closing funding deals for Merchant Cash Advance (MCA), SBA Loans, Equipment Financing, Lines of Credit, Working Capital, and other business loan products within the US market. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with a proven history of closing MCA deals and consistently exceeding funding targets. Responsibilities ✅ Engage with business owners and decision-makers seeking funding solutions. ✅ Present and explain MCA and alternative lending products professionally and effectively. ✅ Assess client needs and recommend the most suitable funding options. ✅ Manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities from initial contact to funding. ✅ Follow up with qualified leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. ✅ Negotiate offers and successfully close funding deals. ✅ Coordinate with underwriting and processing teams to ensure smooth deal execution. ✅ Maintain accurate records and activity updates within the CRM system. ✅ Meet and exceed monthly funding and revenue targets. ✅ Develop long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals. Requirements ✅ Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Sales Closer within the US Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) industry. ✅ Demonstrated track record of successfully funding and closing MCA deals. ✅ Strong knowledge of Merchant Cash Advance, SBA Loans, Equipment Financing, Lines of Credit, Working Capital, and Term Loans. ✅ Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. ✅ Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities. ✅ Ability to work during US business hours. ✅ Experience using CRM platforms and sales management tools. ✅ Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of performing in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications ✅ Existing network within the US business funding industry. ✅ Experience working with lenders, brokers, or ISO organizations. ✅ Ability to review bank statements and identify funding opportunities.
