Private room for rent - $1,200.00 Roommate wanted that is laid back with no drama lol. It is a 3 bedroom 2 bath ranch nice yard and nice views in a cul de sac and i do have a cat but she is very friendly. No smokers, drugs, weapons, dogs, and kids unless they are older and want to visit on occasion. Background check, credit score, work history, rental agreement will have to be done. We can negotiate the other stuff. Obviously we will have to meet first at a public place to see if we vibe. I keep my house clean so if you are not clean and tidy it wont work. I have 2 inside cameras and 3 outside cameras for our protection. Also I have teens that come a couple days a week but they are cool. If this sounds to strict sorry but this is my house and I take care of it but relatively i am laid back country guy who fishes on Lanier a lot. Facebook Marketplace
