🚨 FRAUD ALERT🚨 It has come to our attention that scammers are posting fraudulent advertisements on social media platforms (such as Facebook groups) claiming to sell eCook induction stoves across Malawi, including districts from Nsanje to Chitipa. These posts often ask you to "register" or send money upfront. THIS IS A SCAM. ✋ PLEASE NOTE: 📍 We DO NOT sell eCook stoves outside of Lilongwe and Blantyre. Any advertisement claiming delivery or availability in other districts is completely false. ❌ No Upfront Payments: We DO NOT request funds upfront to book, reserve, or receive your stoves. Never send money via mobile money (Airtel Money/Mpamba) or bank transfer to individuals promising delivery. 📞 Verify Before You Buy: If an offer seems too good to be true, it probably is. If you are ever in doubt, ASK US DIRECTLY through our official channels and distributors before making any commitments. 🛑 What should you do? If you encounter one of these fraudulent posts or numbers: - DO NOT send any money. - Report the instance immediately to an LMD (Last Mile Distributor) near you. - Block and report the user profile on social media to prevent others from falling victim.
